Empowering Brain Health
Your Digital Health Companion for Mild Cognitive Impairment & Early Dementia
Personalised Cognitive Support
Tools for Caregivers & Clinicians
Holistic & Evidence-Based
Culturally Responsive & Accessible

Our Story
ThriveMind Health was founded to fill a critical gap in dementia care: early, proactive support for people with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and early-stage dementia, along with their caregivers and clinicians.
Building on the proven success of behaviour change apps like Noom — which have shown how digital therapeutics can drive lasting health outcomes — ThriveMind is creating a precision digital therapeutic that combines cognitive stimulation, daily living tools, caregiver support, and clinician insights into one accessible platform.
Currently moving from concept to proof of concept, ThriveMind is being co-designed with users, caregivers, and experts to ensure it is trusted, culturally relevant, and practical. Our vision is simple: a digital companion for brain health that helps people live well with cognitive change.

45%
One Million
An estimated one million Australians live with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) — a high-risk stage where up to half may progress to dementia within five years.
Up to 45% of dementia risk is linked to modifiable factors — showing the potential for prevention through proactive health and lifestyle changes.
450,000
Around 450,000 Australians are already living with dementia, with numbers projected to rise sharply as the population ages

The Problem We're Solving
Overcoming Late Diagnoses and Fragmented Care in Cognitive Decline.
Fragmented care systems
Disjointed care leaves families navigating alone, causing stress, inconsistent support, and poorer health outcomes.
Delayed diagnosis
Nearly half of dementia cases are missed early, delaying treatment, support, and better outcomes.

Alongside medications, accessible psychosocial interventions help strengthen wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Staying connected helps people with MCI feel supported, valued, and able to thrive every day.
Need for more psychosocial interventions and non-drug treatments
Isolation of people with Mild Cognitive Impairment
